TMA 4510 Fix 14 addresses the following:

• Enable TMA1005 to be called directly from a URL
• Section 74 overruns not being correctly identified and charged on fixed Permit Works.
• Phase data missing on Review Notices module for Temporary Traffic Signal Responses. Also impacts linking to Works/Notices modules.
• Added missing Product Option RECTRANSQ.
• Missing process type for TMA Inspection Deletion.
• 'Road Closure' on anything other than ‘Major’ or ‘Immediate’ Notices should be reported as an error.
• Defective Apparatus (1901) resend issue.
• Received Inspection transactions and notices having different notice id's
• Inspections loading with TNOT_PK Unique constraint error
• Procedure Tma_Tpi.Refresh_Tma_Works_Phase_Master fails to complete
• Sample inspection quota report will not run
